has more than 22 years of extensive experience of provided audit, consulting and transaction services to a variety of clients specially in the different sectors and Tax compliance, Due Diligence and Tax advisory. He participated in solving many complex tax disputes with the Tax Authority. moreover, he served a large range of investors inside and outside Egypt in restructuring processes.
